I don't play politics, and I certainly don't play it with national security, neither does anyone else I know ... I can assure you that the president of the United States is not playing to any political base.

Clearly, on non-proliferation, whether it is North Korea or Iran, the world is sending its own message to both countries and fortunately we are seeing some positive reaction to that
