JOBA UPDATE: He will be activated tomorrrow. Joe Girardi said they planned to use him out of the bullpen for the rest of the season because it’s too late to build him back up to start. Brian Cashman (who is on the trip) said the intent is to have Joba return to starting next season. But he said it was something they had to further discuss.
