View Photo »He's been very dominant. Pap will be fine ... Things just didn't go Boston's way the first two games, but there's no quit in the Angels. We see that when we play them all the time and that's not gonna stop. If we're lucky enough to play them.
With all the new faces we added, it was fresh ... We have guys who didn't know what playing in New York was like. But those guys fit in great. There was a lot of focus on this team. How would CC do? How would A.J. (Burnett) do? How about (Mark Teixeira)? We were able to mold it together.
The bottom line is we just need to keep worrying about ourselves, regardless of who we're playing ... We need to win games and obviously Boston has to lose. Matsui has been great ... He's been bringing home the runs and that's what he's there for. He knows Tex (Mark Teixeira) and Alex are going to be on base and when the runners are out there, he acts like Pac Man and brings them home.
