Do a lot of 5th starters you know have a better than 3/1 K/BB and almost a K per IP? His ERA wasn't great but there's nothing about Vazquez that says 5th starter. Wouldn't surprise me at all to see teams go crazy over the FAs and have Theo steal a potential #2 for nothing.
