View Photo »I think any time you play Dallas, it has that playoff feel ... There's a true rivalry there. It doesn't matter what our records are. We play a little tougher and faster. Dallas has that kind of effect on us.
I'd have been the last hope ... But everyone saw my effort to block (Giants defensive end Justin Tuck on a reverse earlier). I don't know how good I would've been on that tackle, but I had to give it my all.
The key to stopping their offense is making them one-dimensional ... As good as Tony Romo is, we want to put him in third-and-long situations. They have a great offensive line, they play well together, and they have three backs who probably can start for just about any team in this league.
I eat every day ... I'm not worried about necessarily eating on Thanksgiving Day. Hopefully, I get to eat some quarterbacks.
I hope so, that is the plan ... We have to have a great week of practice this week. We have a tough team coming in with Atlanta. We can't worry about what Dallas or Philadelphia did. We have to come out and hold serve at home. Our fans are going to be up for this one. We have to match the intensity that...

If somebody would have told me that going into that game Dallas was not going to score a touchdown until the last seconds of the game, when the game is out of reach (I wouldn't have expected it)
It just shows you how tough the NFL is
No one really gave us a shot at the bye our Super Bowl year, but we came back and found a way to get rolling
San Diego ain’t going to come in here feeling sorry for us ... The mentality right now is to right the ship. We are concerned. We still think we have a championship-caliber football team.
Obviously they proved something, they represented the NFC in the Super Bowl ... Think of how many great teams the NFC supposedly has. I know in past years people said you can kind of take Arizona lightly. That's no longer the case. They're definitely a powerhouse and not someone to be taken lightly. You...

They’re kind of separate entities ... But it did take a little bit of the sting off of it. I’m happy for the Yankees and the city to get the Yankees back in the World Series.
Am I concerned? ... I'm not the kind of guy who gets concerned in Week 7. The last time we lost two games in a row this early in the season, we ended up being Super Bowl champs.
I'm not concerned because the last time we lost two games in a row this early, we wound up winning the Super Bowl.
It’s funny, because we’ve actually talked about that ... We’ve been in the playoffs four years in a row, and we’ve won a lot of games in those years, but we seem to have games like this for some reason. Last year it was the Cleveland game (35-14). A couple of years ago, it was Minnesota (41-17). I don’t...

We can only worry about what we do ... That's one of the reasons why we got into trouble against New Orleans. We started worrying about the things they do and how to stop it, instead of worrying about what we do and doing it well.
We try not to ... We're very superstitious as D-linemen. We know, we look at it like everyone's in the NFL for a reason. Even though a guy wasn't starting, he might not have played as much as the next guy, there's something about guys when they have something to prove, they have an opportunity that they...
We’d better be ready to play or it will be another Cleveland game ... We know very well how that felt. If we feel good about ourselves a little bit more than is warranted, we might get our butts whipped.
He didn't have to, we know very well how that felt, going into that stadium undefeated, and maybe we started to feel good about ourselves a little bit more than what was warranted and we got our butt whupped ... We better be ready to play or else it will be another Cleveland game for us.
Normally, people go to the Pro Bowl for blocking people, not tripping people ... So maybe he should keep his feet on the ground. We're not going to get into a war of words here, we are going to let it be what it is, and I'll see Flozell when we play them again.
