I use to try and stay in the loop and then things don’t happen that they say will ... At this point, I have one year left (on my RPM contract). I want to do the best job for Richard Petty Motorsports in my final year. It’s up to them what happens. They do their thing and I’ll do mine. All I can do is ma...
Hey, I don’t fear anyone ... Nor do I scare anyone. But, with apologies to Kasey Kahne, I feel like I’m the hottest driver entering the Chase.

There's a lot of things that we've done this year as a team that are much better than what we've done in the past, no matter where we end up in the points ... It's just things that we can build on and try to stick together and make progress. At some point, somebody is going to beat Jimmie Johnson, and I...
With Jimmie Johnson’s fourth title imminent ... there’s very little left to the imagination, except for the rumors of Danica Patrick joining NASCAR. I’m imagining it right now. The day that Patrick signs with a NASCAR team will be anything but a ‘Dog Day Afternoon,’ and I’ll be the one leading the ‘Dani...

That was the best lap I think I've ran all year, as far as any qualifying session, and we were right there ... So it is what it is. But it'll be a good spot on Sunday, starting second, being up front and having a good pit stall. I always enjoy coming to Texas, so it should be pretty exciting.
I think it is pretty neat that Elliott will be in a Ford in Talladega
As a victim of mechanical issues in a previous race ... I can definitely relate to what Mark Martin and Juan Montoya are going through. That same accident on the street would have simply resulted in an exchange of insurance numbers. On a NASCAR track, it resulted in the downfall of Jimmie Johnson's two ...

We're not even sure exactly what we're doing (at RPM) ... It's hard to really talk too much about that.
I enjoy this track and I like coming to Texas ... I like the speed and the banking of this track. You can go from the white line all the way to three-quarters up the track, or even higher at times. It’s just that open racetrack that I like.
Kurt Busch spun out and I saved him, which caused us to spin out
The Olympic paint scheme is another example of the many ways Budweiser steps up to support the community ... I’m a lifelong fan of winter sports, especially skiing, and have a lot of respect for the hard work our Olympians put into their events. The team and I are proud to race with Team USA on our hood...
I really look forward to going to Charlotte ... It’s been one of my best track since I came into NASCAR. We’ve got a bunch of win there so. We feel like that’s a track where we can gain some points.

I know there's a new group there that's very excited to have Richard Petty Motorsports and Ford cars ... So if that happens, then I look forward to it. I look forward to running Yates engines and the power that they have put out and just trying to do the best job I can for Ford.

We have Charlotte coming up, we have Texas and we have some tracks that we have ran really well at in the past
I think it will slow it down a little bit would be what I would think ... A lot of times we go to a race, Daytona or Talladega, or the teams have a chance to work on the cars and the engines, and they do that halfway through the weekend; the Daytona 500, they will do it and take a little bit of speed aw...
NASCAR threw a debris caution for no debris
NASCAR threw a debris caution for no debris ... It's disappointing. We had a bad race because NASCAR wanted to put on a show for the fans. Sometimes it ruins people's day.
You can’t be conservative and win a championship ... The bonus points come when you win races. The only shot that you’ve got is to drive your heart out and have your team step up and do their part, otherwise Jimmie Johnson is going to walk all over us.
