Our Rheem ‘Sun Runner’ Chevrolet was really good this weekend ... From the time the guys unloaded, we were good. I wish we could have come up one spot better, but it was still a good day for the team. Great job to Ernie (Cope, crew chief) and the guys.

I have a lot of confidence when it comes to Texas Motor Speedway ... I have been fortunate to win a lot of races there in my career. For whatever reason, I like this race track. We qualify well there in the Nationwide car and always seem to find a way to finish strong.
The Rheem team did a great job preparing the No. 33 car for the race ... We just missed it on pit road today, but good job overall. It had to be one of the wildest races I’ve ever seen at California, but definitely exciting for the fans.
