On the one hand, there are passengers who booked these fares, not knowing they were a mistake. I think you could make an argument to honor their tickets. On the other hand, there are people who booked these fares because they knew they were a mistake, and they probably thought they could shame Korean Ai...
The Palau flight was a new service for Korean Air line, so I took it as a promotion to let people know that Korean Air was going to a new place ... It's definitely on the cheap side, but for a promotion to a new destination for an airline, it makes sense.
