We're definitely talking about that but Nic is somebody that we see as a part of this organization going forward ... He's a part of the future of this organization.

Absolutely not. It's still a functioning lighthouse ... I think it's in good structural shape, no reason to doubt that. It is kind of frustrating, because it isn't going to take a lot of dollars in the scheme of things to paint it up.
I do know that that lighthouse needs a coat of paint badly ... There's no doubt about that.
