They want me to be a Jet, and I want to be a Jet
Hi Randy, I think the Jets need a pass rusher, another shutdown corner and a tall speedy wide receiver with sticky fingers. that's it. the best dominant Julius Peppers type pass rusher in college alone, even if they used several picks to get him, would improve the defense. Leon Washington alone will inc...
Those guys love to win so I really believe that all three of us can play together and really be one of the best backfields in the league.
What a talent he is ... He's very similar to (NY Jets Running Back) Leon Washington; he's that dangerous of a back. Dangerous returner, dangerous out of the backfield, dangerous running the football. We've got to limit his catches and touches on the ball, there is no question.
This team, you never heard one guy bicker about a teammate, no one acted selfishly
I definitely think we are on the same page ... Here's what's funny - we're leading the league in rushing. I know stats and all that stuff, but we lead the league in rushing. That's something that any head coach would be proud of. Generally, to run the football means you're a physical football team (espe...
I knew, and not just yesterday, that there would be a play out there where I could create a momentum change
It's going to be fun around here
One thing about that Jets team this year … is the belief that we're going to win ... Every Sunday we go out there … we believe we're gonna win.
Hopefully they can remember training camp
Yeah, so we know how dangerous he is
I’m very impressed from the standpoint that a lot of rookies hit that wall at some point in the year, but as the year went on, he got better and better
He’s a rookie just like Mark Sanchez ... They’re deep in the playoffs now. I’m impressed with the way he’s carrying himself.
Next year, Mark is going to be a year wiser and be so much better, and we're going to be so much better with our young guys getting able to experience the playoffs ... So we don't want to look too far ahead because we're living the moment with these guys and enjoying watching them.
It all depends on which end of the spectrum you want to be on
