The last three weeks of successes all started with a win away against Benetton in Treviso which gave us confidence going into London Irish, which we converted, followed by the match against Racing Metro, which was a special day for everyone that was there
It was cold, I had a cold, Quins were without their international stars and their form of late (two wins in the last six) has been, well, a little off. But ultimately I did get out of bed and I did head down to the Stoop on a sunny winter afternoon. ...

This is obviously a massive game for us and this next period of five games will really shape our season. We understand the threat that London Irish pose to us. Despite only winning three games, they have scored a lot of points, which has given them the bonus points to get them to third in the table.

I’m fine, I fell awkwardly on my knee in the game against Racing Metro in the 10th minute, it wasn’t right for the London Irish game last week but I’ve been in rehab with Wales this week and I hope to be ready to go in training at the start of next week
