Coming to the Waratahs I thought would be a good challenge for me ... When I started my Super 14 I always liked the Waratahs because they were a top side and always in the playoffs. Plus I always liked Lote Tuqiri, he was a strong finisher.

It will be a nice change - because last year was tough
A good example is Lote Tuqiri, it was disappointing to lose a player of his calibre to union but then rugby league has managed to produce talented players to replace the ones that have switched
There was plenty of speculation about my next career move. I was really appreciative of the interest I received from a number of clubs which made my decision that much harder
We're in good shape - rugby league - at the moment, and I just think with Lote Tuqiri it would get even better.
In the past I have only thought about my footy career but there comes a time when you have to think of family a lot more
Playing behind a pack like ours is sensational, and it was tremendous to get the tries after being here for seven weeks
That's the other thing which might tempt me to go that way - it's probably a bit warmer down there. More so Toulon
