Anyone who knows the inside of Notre Dame itself, knows that Charlie Weis has tremendous advantages right now that coaches before him, including Lou Holtz, didn't have ... When you look at what they've done facility-wise, the salaries at which they're paying coaches, the fact that you're able to take early commitments, I don't think there's any reason why Notre Dame can't be competitive with anybody in the country.
