He came to camp and we liked him but we were looking at him more as a bullpen pitcher ... and he goes down to [Triple-A] Iowa and starts and pitches well and comes here, and he solidified himself a spot in the rotation for next year. He's pitched very well.
This was a tough loss for the Giants tonight ... The fans were excited about the Colorado loss. Boy, it got awfully quiet when Baker hit that home run.
