Manuel Elias Acta (born January 11, 1969 in San Pedro de Macorís, Dominican Republic) is the current manager of the Washington Nationals in Major League Baseball. In the Dominican Winter League, he managed the Tigres del Licey from 2002-2004, including leading them to victory at the 2003 Caribbean Series. Full Article
