View Photo »She was running very well. I thought that I'm making winners, and she's there
I was kind of feeling pain everywhere
In the beginning I didn't feel it. Then after three games, like we had such long points, I started to feel it in my right leg
It's the first time I reached the quarterfinal (of a Grand Slam) ... I think it's the best I did in the Grand Slam. It was a nice tournament for me.
I saw that something happened, but I couldn't understand what it was really. Then she told me that the spine, something happened with the spine. She had it before already so, yeah, I'm feeling bad for Dinara really
I'm expecting to get a very tough match
I feel I'm playing good. Actually I'm happy with my game
Of course I feel very bad
I'm feeling bad for Dinara
I am expecting to have a very tough match
I'm focused, you know, and I'm still in the tournament ... I just need to be ready for my next match because the tournament not finished. I need to keep going.
I think my dream comes true
I feel very bad. I think to get injury is the worse thing that you can get in the tournament
I think Sharapova hits it harder than Safina, so I am prepared
He had Roger Federer and I had Maria Sharapova ... Before the matches he said we could start the year loudly. Well, I've already started the year loudly, I think. Now it's his turn.
It's never easy. I'm good friends with Maria ... I tried my best to win today -- I came here quite confident.
In the first set I was a little bit late - she was playing so aggressive, and I kind of made a defensive play
I tried my best to win today. I came here quite confident
It's a tough draw to start out with her ... but I've built up some confidence playing her.
I played played with all my junior career with Maria and I'm good friends with her
I came here quite confident, and the people supported me a lot today
I tried my best to win today — I came here quite confident.
I was confident, and knew I could play a whole match not just the first set and fall apart
