I feel differently about it now than I did last summer, or at the start of the season
It goes back to 2003 and the Stanley Cup Finals. No neutral journalistic policy here. I can manage that with every other team in the league, including the Red Wings and Kings. New Jersey? I just hate them. Including smirky Martin Brodeur, who played...

N.J.—It took a sure-fire Hall of Fame goalie and a video review to stop the white-hot Anaheim Ducks from racking up another victory Friday. Whether it was Ryan Getzlaf’s apparent overtime goal that was overturned or Martin Brodeur delivering a vintage...

Like I said I thought we had some great chances there in the third and (Martin Brodeur) made some great saves.
There’s a bigger chance now than before
Martin Brodeur stops everything in this building
I love the guys, but we’ve spent a lot of time together
We don’t pay much attention, but again, we need to be in that pack ... Slowly you put some teams down, and Winnipeg is a team that’s below us, so the two points we got from them was important and the ones from tomorrow will be even more important.
They just swarmed us real good ... It's hard to get scored on with three goals in the first period. In the second, I kind of calmed down a little bit.
When we got back in the game 3-1 it looked like we finally solved them and they just turned it on ... They were relentless on the puck and our 'D' had a hard time getting out of our zone.
The lopsided score, yes ... But the way we've played the last few games we've been a little careless in our zone. We've got to tighten up. If we play like that it's going t o be hard to win games.
There is a reason why you get killed like that. Everyone makes a lot of mental mistakes in the game and I was one of them
I think you get an opportunity to try to take the game to a different level, and you get scored on. It's tough. These are momentum switchers in a game that are tough for guys to handle mentally, and especially to go back on the power play after, you're a little more tentative.
I was looking at my stick and didn't see Kovy go in front of me. I wasn't ready to challenge Grabner ... Two mistakes, I guess.
I don't get to cross the red-line ever, but I do touch the puck more often than him
I don't get to cross the red line ever ... But I do touch the puck a lot more than him.
We got robbed in the last instant on that [disputed] goal
In this instance I have to blame myself a little bit on the goal ... I made a pass to (Kovy) and I thought I broke my stick, so I was looking at my stick. I didn’t really see Kovy go in front of me. I wasn’t really ready to challenge Grabner. He was wide open but if I didn’t look at my stick, thinking t...
It's an in-tight play. You can tell Zach didn't want to kick it in
That’s what we have to correct ... That’s four games in a row we gave up the lead, or got [outscored]. We were able to get away with it.
I knew Nash was there and he wanted the puck
Back-to-back games are always tough. For us it's a rivalry.
Can't do that all year boys
I don’t have a book on him
I wish we didn’t have to [win in the shootout], but it’s a good win
But I do my homework on everybody. The angle he was coming at, I figured there was only two moves he could’ve made, and I guessed right.
Especially after what happened to us last game, we wanted to have a bounce-back game ... We played well through the first two (periods) and in the third we gave up a little too much and we were able to survive and we got a good point out of the shootout that’s for sure.
