Let's face it Seahawks' fans—Matt Hasselbeck is old and on his way out. At age 34, Hasselbeck has endured a plethora of injuries to say the least, and I can't imagine he has more than a couple seasons left in the tank. Full Article at Bleacher Report

What Matt went through last week in preparation ... it showed a lot about Matt Hasselbeck and how he is a big-time leader of this team ... That was one of the guttiest performances I've seen from a quarterback.

I just want to let everyone know that Matt Hasselbeck and I will be leading the Seahawks to the playoffs this season ... And we'll be going to the Pro Bowl as a tandem. You know what? I don't quite know. He had already accomplished so much at that point ... At the time, I would have been happy staying there, letting him be the guy in Green Bay, and just backing him up. It was that much fun.

I would compare playing an Adrian Wilson to when I was with the Packers and we would face John Lynch ... He's a perennial Pro Bowl kind of guy, a potential Hall of Famer and an amazing talent. ... Physically, he's got a presence about him. He has been disruptive for us in the past.
