I know it will be a big summer for the Miami Heat, not only for me ... I just want to make sure that we're doing the right things we have to do to get to the point where we're trying to win championships. I know that this organization is going to get to that point.
I read [Miami Heat President] Pat Riley’s book
That's the essence of everything we want a Miami Heat player to embody ... The name across the jersey, Miami Heat, that's what it's all about, that play Udonis made. That's who he is and that's who we want the Miami Heat to be as well.

I like Dwyane Wade (Miami Heat). He's just a great basketball player and can do it all — pass, shoot dribble.
He can do it again ... He's done a lot of amazing things for us in my career with the Miami Heat, and I'm looking forward to him doing a lot more amazing things. You can't take anything away from that type of player.
He understands what he did, that just wasn't the right thing to do ... As a young kid, he's only 20 years old. He understands that he's in the limelight like he didn't even know. It's not just Michael Beasley he has to think about. It's the Miami Heat.
