I think he has improved since Naas. The ground should be fine at Doncaster but it looks a competitive race ... I suppose Luca Cumani's horse (Presvis) would be the one that stands out but our lad is in good form.

He has a great appetite for a fence and the Drinmore Chase at Fairyhouse on November 30th is the next logical step.
His father (Bob Townend) trained my brother’s first horse so he’s bred to be good ... The horse just needed a few cracks of the whip to win today and he’ll go handicapping over hurdles now.
He’s a quiet horse at home and it has taken us some time to get to know him. But his form is very good and he will do well when he’s able to come off a strong pace. He was just doing enough today and there was plenty in the tank
He’s very idle and only works ordinary at home. But he’s a lovely horse who will get a mile and a half and will do well I think ... I would imagine we will start him off in a Derby trial, something like the Ballysax.
I'd say she is not as good as Vinnie Roe or Vintage Crop who probably should have won twice ... But this is a handicap and she is down the weights. If she goes the distance she will represent us well.
