I thought we stopped doing the things we were good at earlier in the season ... In the second half we tried individually to get back into the game. We didn't play as a group and Chris Paul picked us apart.
We knew when we got him we were getting a special player ... He's a little like Mike Dunleavy in the way he can do so many things on the floor. He's really multitalented and a perfect fit for what we do.
You also have to take into consideration the personnel he's playing against ... He's had four pretty rough customers: [Ron] Artest in the first game, Grant Hill in the second game, [Andrei] Kirilenko the third game, and then [Shawn] Marion in the fourth game. All those guys, other than maybe Grant Hill,...

I told our guys we played hard and did a lot of good things, but we missed some easy shots ... Steve Nash is a two-time MVP, he was slicing and dicing us in the fourth quarter. You have to tip your cap to him, he's a great player.
The designed play was to have Eric Gordon with the ball in his hands, for sure ... It was a pick and roll. We have to do a better job at attacking the pick and roll.
If Kobe Bryant went down during the year, Artest has the ability to carry a team more than Ariza would have the ability to carry a team. So it's positive from that regard.
He played hard and he's learning all the time ... He got into a crowd sometimes, like you said, 'Welcome to the NBA.' He came out with a fat lip on one of the no-calls. That's just the way it works.
