I will start in present day and move back in time in this section. (1) COLTS- Super Bowl XLI, XLIV: Tony Dungy (1)/Jim Caldwell (1) and QB Peyton Manning (seems like Peyton was the bigger key here). (2) RAMS- Super Bowl XXXIV, XXXVI: Dick Vermeil...
Considering he is supposed to be an offensive guru, which he has proven himself to be, then adding an elite receiver to the outside of the offense could see one half of the Harbaugh Bowl in place in Louisiana next year. After the dismissal of Mike...

Jeff Fisher chooses the St. Louis Rams over the Miami Dolphins. That's sort of like choosing the beets over the Brussels sprouts.
42 catches for 796 yards and six touchdowns. Poole lasted another year in New Orleans before a five-reception final year in Devner. 2003: Shaun McDonald: 4th round (106th overall) by the St. Louis Rams Yep, the Rams strike again. McDonald was a shifty...
Doesn’t Marshall watch his contemporaries? Here’s the true kicker: These absurd comments are coming from a guy who built his legacy in St. Louis as the centerpiece of Mike Martz’s “Greatest Show on Turf,” receiving endless flare passes and running...
Once Forte went down the Bears had only one viable fantasy option, and up until that point one could argue they had only two. Those two would have been Matt Forte and the Bears defensive/special teams unit. Despite playing in the pass happy offense of...

I've done that for 20 years and it's never anything but a good play really ... We didn't execute it very well.
I would imagine they would use an early pick in the draft on one of those two positions. They could also be active in free agency to find a top-level corner, maybe a Brandon Carr from the Chiefs. Will then change in offensive coordinators from Mike...
That will result in a big salary-cap hit, but Forte’s in line for a massive contract anyway after how he’s performed over his first four seasons in the league. Could Chicago upgrade over Davis and Jennings? Probably — and the Bears may try to do that. ...

I've done that for 20 years and it's never anything but a good play really ... We didn't execute it very well.
You limit him, and on certain coverages it's hard to get guys open
That’s something he demonstrated last year in the short period of time he played ... He’s resilient, and to be a good player in this league at that position particularly you have to have that short memory to come back and do what he did with some of the plays he made. He made some outstanding plays in t...
I did that early and it’s not good because then you limit him on certain coverages and it’s hard to get guys open in certain coverages, so you have to give him the full scope of things because he can see things, react to them and make those throws
You know, anything about those kinds of things, I would never discuss. I have a job, and this job is the only one I can discuss. It would be very inappropriate for me to talk about anything like that
It’s just an execution thing
If that works, it works. It was a great call; it didn’t work.
Anything about those kinds of things I would never discuss
It’s the most superficial and obvious connection, just because Shahid Khan, the next owner, was a season ticket holder of the Rams when Mike Martz was once the head coach
The only way I go without snapping [with] the media is every game when I come in, first thing I do is put my helmet and stuff down and grab my phone ... Always got a text message from my wife and it’s a picture of my kids. I don’t think she’s doing it on purpose, but when I see my kids, that calms the s...
We can really run the football
We kind of tweaked it. We can really run the football. Those two big tight ends and the back and the line, they are just getting better every week. It allows you to go bang, bang, bang, get them all up there, and then throw it.
The things we've been doing kind of fit him
The things we were doing in St. Louis — get it out quick, things happen so quick — we'd never ask him to do that kind of stuff
The biggest issue with him is being decisive and getting the ball out quick ... He's worked hard at that, and that familiarity with what we're doing takes time. Being in it now and watching games and being on the sideline and practicing and going through today's practice, the ball came out very quickly....
He can run our offense. The only thing with Caleb you got to watch when a guy hasn't played a whole lot yet is you got to be more careful about how many new things you want to do each week
In my mind, he's a starter in the league
