No, absolutely not ... We go into the game, we're one of the top three coverage teams in the NFL, and we have the second-best starting field position in the league. Absolutely not. We knew exactly what they were going to do.
I know it’s important. What I knew I would do was hire the best special teams coach I could. It just so happened that we had Mike Westhoff here, and as (Baltimore coach) John Harbaugh told me, ’He’s at the top of the totem pole.’
I use this analogy with our guys all the time about basketball ... I say, 'We're not all Michael Jordan, but somebody's got to get him the ball.' That's what we are. We're the guys that get him the ball, but at the same time, I think we have enough guys that we can make the winning shot if we have to.
