Seyd Mohammad Khātamī (Persian: سید محمد خاتمی, pronounced [sejjed-mohæmmæd-e xɒːtæmiː]) (born September 29, 1943, in Ardakan, Yazd Province) is an Iranian Persian scholar and politician.
