We've talked all along about playing a complete game ... Last week (a 31-23 victory against Philadelphia), I said it was our most complete game. Now this is our most complete game.
After that (loss to Denver) our thoughts were we had to take care of own situation ... In that game we did a lot of things better than in previous games and we were close to getting on a roll. But we had to just go out and play and not get caught up in the negative things of not winning the game and we ...
What we went through in September, I've never been through that with a team in terms of the number of guys that were asked to do things that they hadn't done before, and then put it together being a very beat up team playing a group of very physical teams three weeks in a row in Baltimore, Miami and Pit...
Those drives are big — two minutes, four minutes, whatever, it's a one-score game ... We could either run as much time off the clock as we could, or come out throwing it. They were in a run defense and we came out and threw it, and when that happens it gets you into a rhythm. We like Philip Rivers. We t...
We're like Philadelphia ... We've got a heck of a quarterback. It starts with the quarterback.
The New York Giants designed a defense to stop the running game
Each year is kind of a different deal ... This year we lost Jamal Williams and Hardwick in the first game, our center and our nose man, two Pro Bowl players. Then, we actually came out of the Raiders game with five starters who ended up missing games. That contributed; we played good teams and we lost c...
It's been a week-to-week basis ... I think Scott each week has improved. He has a better understanding of the things he has to do. I do believe as a group we played our best game on Sunday against Kansas City.
The Jets started two of those drives in that first quarter on the 3- and 4-yard line. It’s tough when you get down by 14 right off the bat ... I watched the Philadelphia game very closely in all three phases. The Raiders in that game were as physical a football game as you’re going to play in this leagu...
I thought our guys got prepared to play and played well and we were able to take away the things that Kansas City does best
We feel the young guys have come along and are ready to play ... I don't know that it was as much Clinton as the young guys have come on. Kevin (Ellison) played a lot in the Miami game and I was impressed with him. Steven Gregory is playing well at that position. It gives us some other options.
He's an outstanding player and has been a difference maker for a lot of years in Philadelphia ... He's all over the field.

I’m very familiar with Kyle ... I coached him at the Senior Bowl and my brother (Ron Turner) was his coach the last three years he was in Chicago. I don’t think people understand him very well. He’s an accurate guy, an athlete.
I expressed my thoughts on Monday about that game. We're getting ready for Denver. We're addressing the things we need to do to play better against Denver.

I give Pittsburgh a lot of credit for their execution
This league is not about what happens to you ... It's how you respond. We have played three physical teams in Baltimore, Miami and Pittsburgh and it has taken its toll.
In the fourth quarter, the games have gotten away from them from two very good quarterbacks and two very good offenses ... I do believe when you are in that position, everyone is going to play their best against them and that was has happened to Pittsburgh the last two weeks.
Last year, the last month of the season, people started playing more pass defense against us ... and we went on a streak running the ball. A lot of it depends on how people defend us. Baltimore and Miami are always going to have more people up on the line of scrimmage. I think Vincent will start getting...
