Pat Head Summitt (born Patricia Sue Head on June 14, 1952 in Clarksville, Tennessee) is the head coach of the Tennessee Lady Vols basketball team. She has been coaching since 1974, all with the Lady Vols. She is the all-time winningest coach in NCAA basketball history. Full Article
