As the history of Asia amply illustrates, it is sound economic policies and investment capital that propelled millions of Asians to prosperity
Other countries in Asia have made a similar transition. Over the same period, about one trillion US Dollars in development aid has been transferred to Africa
There is no limit to what we can do together as countries
Our nation remains an ally, and looks forward to furthering bilateral ties and cooperation for the benefit of our citizens
We should be looking at it positively even though we are aware there are problems associated with this expansion
