I kind of compare him to Paul Pierce because he has that lazy change of pace game where it looks like he's going to slow up and then he just attacks the rim so well ... He's always on the free throw line and brings a lot of energy to the team.

Not a star, but like, a superstar. Something around, like, Chris Paul, Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, something like that.
It's almost akin to right in the middle of the [Celtics] season Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett went off with their agents and decided they could form a better team
The big thing about the pieces they added is they all complement each other ... They have a shooter in Ray Allen, a scorer that can score in Paul Pierce. And the big guy, Kevin Garnett, is a facilitator. It's not like you have three scorers that are all hunting shots. They all complement each other, and that is the greatest thing.
I think (the Celtics have) really great leadership with Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce, two guys that just are not content ... They want to continue to build on their legacy.
KG (Garnett) opened up the lane for me, Ray (Allen) extended the defense and Paul (Pierce) as well, they were there all night
He was amazing. It seemed like there was two or three Rondos out there tonight ... I looked up, he passed the ball to (Paul Pierce), it came off the rim and he was rebounding, then all of a sudden I ran back on defense and he beat me back. Then (Danny) Granger went to drive and he was there on the strip, we got it loose and threw it down for the layup and he was there for the layup. I sort of had to look up and go, `What is this boy doing?' He was everywhere.
They're doing a lot more woofing this year, so I'm sure it's going to be fun, I'm sure they're going to be talking ... Paul Pierce is a professional - - - talker, excuse my language. We live next to each other in Vegas, so we hang out a lot, so I know what Paul's going to bring with that mouth.
You know (Paul) Pierce, Garnett and Allen are going to make tough shots — but you can't let that freak you out. But when Rondo gets easy buckets — and gets other people easy layups — those are the ones that break your back.
Mbah a Moute has had a rough go of it with the guys we've had him guard this year ... He's had to guard Kevin Garnett and in the same game he's had to guard Paul Pierce. He's guarded (Andre) Iguodala in the same game as Elton Brand. We're asking him to guard different sizes and skill sets of players and almost every night he's done a very good job.
