I know we are both looking forward to it ... I think it will be a fun day, and we are excited to be playing in the last group here in China.
I'm looking forward to playing with Tiger in the first two rounds. Last week (in Singapore), I played with Phil Mickelson and this week with the world number one
This is my third year here, and I've seen a great increase in the number of people that have come out to watch, as well as the excitement level ... Obviously, Tiger Woods coming here plays a big part in that. But he also came here three or four years ago, and this is at a whole different level this year...
Maybe a tournament will say 'let's get Phil Mickelson down to bolster our field'. Obviously, we've been on a bit of a downer since (Greg) Norman cut back, but we've also got Vijay Singh coming down for the PGA (at Coolum).
Obviously we don't have the same land as the original holes do ... but the challenges on each of these holes are the same or very similar to the ones on the originals and we're very proud of bringing the owner's vision to life. Our architect, Joe Obringer, and Rick Smith have been extremely helpful in o...
With a field like this, guys like Phil Mickelson and Ernie Els playing it gave the event more world ranking points. So now I am close to my aim and still have a few more events to go.
I’m excited that Tiger and I are able to compete in the same event here in China
Ben hits the ball a long way ... He has a smooth swing and a style that reminds me of Phil Mickelson. He tries to hit it as far as he can and if it doesn't go straight, he scrambles well. He doesn't play afraid.
I think this is a very important event for the players ... We want to help grow the game here in China. We want to compete against the best players in the world. And to be able to win a world-class event in China would mean a lot to me and all of the other players in the field.
It's great for the European players but good for the Asian Tour as well. If you have an Asian player that beats Phil Mickelson then the next time he goes to America he knows that he can beat Phil Mickelson instead of going up against him for the first time in a foreign land and being out of his comfort ...

Last year, I was leading but I didn't perform on Sunday. I got a bit nervous (playing with Phil Mickelson) and didn't play my usual golf. I think I got too quick with my game
I think that we would love to help grow the game throughout the world ... Our participation helps grow awareness, it can spark interest in youth to get them started. If we can get kids interested in the game, I think in 15 to 20 years is when we'll see golf prosper in China.
Definitely Tiger Woods, but I love Phil Mickelson because of how is going through everything and is still one of the best golfers in world
It gives us the strongest possible field in our fastest growing and potentially largest market. With golf becoming an Olympic sport, with China's commitment to the Olympics and to golf, I believe the exposure of the world's best players competing at the HSBC Champions in Shanghai will drive the game of ...
Last week was very disappointing for me, but the last two days have obviously been great ... On Sunday (in a singles clash with Phil Mickelson that he lost on the 17th) I hit the ball very nicely, but made only one putt.
I'm convinced that the HSBC getting WGC status is a truly great thing for our tours
This would be like Phil Mickelson trying to sing Andrea Bocelli at Madison Square Garden. Only, we’re going to get Rolling Stone and all my press peers to watch him do it.
Without question, it's been huge for me ... Rather than trying to get ready for one event, you carry all the work and effort of getting your game in shape for the FedEx Cup, then you have one week off.
It definitely has helped, seeing Dr. Craig Wrisberg and others ... It takes you to the next level, past all the physical stuff. You visualize and see yourself being great, and then you can end up being that way. Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, all of the great ones, they've been doing it for a while. If yo...
We just have to go back to the drawing board ... But at least it will help to go back to Australia. They have to get on a jet and fly all the way down there and they'll have to play in the heat.
Ladies and Gentlemen. For the United States team, Tiger Woods from Windemere, Florida and Phil Mickelson from Rancho Santa Fe, California
What has really helped me is having the FedEx Cup be so close to this event ... Usually after the PGA [Championship], I would take 4-6 weeks off and then try to gear up for one event, and it was very tough for me to get my game sharp. Whereas, last week, I had some time off and it was very easy to have ...
