He looks up to Thaddeus, starting when they were little ... It's going to be a deal where Thaddeus is coming back home, a guy that Jacory has looked up to, so it's going to be a game for him to prove that he really is the University of Miami quarterback -- but he won't put that sort of pressure on himse...

Some people always tell me Thad if you were at The U things would have been different because they had so many quarterback troubles ... I just feel like I've been put in a situation for a reason. Randy Shannon is a good coach. He knows the talent he has in Dade County and he's not going to let it leave ...

He’s really good ... If he doesn’t get you playing tailback, he might catching a pass out of the backfield or returning a kick or punt. He’s also incredibly fast — along with (teammate) Jacoby Ford, he might be the fastest player in the conference. But he’s more than just a fast guy. He’s an outstanding...
We’re not going to ever criticize our playcalling, whatever we do at the University of Miami ... I have total confidence in both coordinators of calling the defense, and calling the offense and the players executing what we’re doing offensively and defensively.
Watching North Carolina on tape, their record does not indicate what kind of team this is ... That team beat Virginia Tech, so they are clearly capable of doing great things.
Watching North Carolina on tape, their record does not indicate what kind of team this is ... That team beat Virginia Tech, so they are clearly capable of doing great things.
Go look and see if Miami has ever beaten North Carolina at North Carolina ... We haven't - 0-3. That's more of an incentive than anything.
We did it in the NFL ... Last year at this point I kept them longer because we were young and I thought we needed the reps, and it got us toward the end of the season. But now we're a year older, it'll help us out. It'll give us freshness going into the game from a mental standpoint.
We learned our lessons from earlier in the season, before we played Virginia Tech ... I don't think it'll be a problem.
I think of it as a positive ... The more success we have at Miami, the more doors will open for everybody else in the coaching profession.
They're going to come out and have a purpose, to try to make everyone understand in the South Florida region that they should have been at the University of Miami ... There will be a lot of alums from Florida A&M at the game. They'll have their fans. There'll be a lot of support in the stadium for Flori...

I’ll be watching it ... It’s very rare that you get an opportunity to play a team like Florida A&M. And then you get a band to perform that everybody knows about. After enjoying a game and coaching in a game like that, you can’t miss out on enjoying that band.
When I came in (to the locker room after the game) ... Jacory (Harris) told the team, 'Listen, the only thing we're going to watch on TV from now on is 'SpongeBob.' We ain't watching ESPN, CBS or ABC. If SpongeBob is talking about us, then we deserve it.
When we were coming out, Jacory said the only show we're going to be watching on TV this week is SpongeBob ... We're not watching ESPN, we're not watching CBS and we're not watching ABC. If SpongeBob says we're a great team, well then you've earned it.
We're going in the right direction ... Is it back to where we need to be at? No. this isn't the 12th game or the 13th game. That's why you can't say Miami is back.
The offense hasn't stopped ... The quarterback is doing a great job of scoring points. The receivers and running backs are making plays. When you watch Oklahoma, you notice everyone is making plays and having fun.
We're preparing for Oklahoma's offense ... We can't prepare for Sam Bradford or any other quarterback. We've got to prepare for the offense. The quarterback is what makes that offense go and they're not going to change the plays because of who their quarterback is.

I never worry about Jacory ... He'll be fine. We came in, showed them the film from Virginia Tech, showed the mistakes and showed that they were all pretty much correctable.
We prepare for Oklahoma's offense. We can't just prepare for Sam Bradford ... They're not going to change the plays depending on who is at quarterback. They are going to run the offense that has been successful.
