Not to mention, the true test of a general manager and a V.P. of Player Personnel is their ability to draft in rounds three through seven—something he’s struggled with to say the least. When it comes to those crucial mid-to-late round picks, Ray...

One of the things that we talk about all the time, and it was something that we didn't do very effectively (against the Saints), is affecting the quarterback and moving him off the spot and to force some disruption in the timing of his routes ... During an interview with Baller Alert, Edwards broke it down for us: BA: How do you personally weed out groupies from those that are genuinely into you? RE: When your team mates say “Oh, I know ol’ girl” or more than a couple of guys know who she is...
Or is it the team that lost three games over one weekend in early January? The answer to all three of those questions could be yes, and that's not good. Inconsistency has been a hallmark of the Pirates this season, and head coach Ray Edwards takes...

It will be nice to have that guy you can put out there against top players ... He's got real high level of compete. He wants to win, and he'll be good for our group.
It looks like it's some sort of abdominal, groin, hernia thing, something to do with all those muscles in there ... He was hurting pretty badly, in a lot of pain.
He's got a rocket ... It's good to have him back there.
We can't continue to play like this and continue to get points ... We had a goaltender who stood on his head and we found a way to get some points. Getting points early in the year is important but we've got a lot of things to clean up.
The biggest thing today was the power play
We've seen Providence four times, Manchester five times, and to play some different opponents, I think it gets us going ... The guys are excited in seeing someone else and going to a new building. There's no easy games so it gets you on your toes a little bit.
With this particular injury, he's got to be 100 percent
We've got to learn to finish games better ... We got soft on the puck and we gave them life Obviously we'll take the win and take the two points and hopefully learn something about our third period there.
I’m moving around a little bit and still getting used to that ... I played some right (side) at the start of my career, but once Jared (Allen) came (to Minnesota in 2008), I played left all the time. And I’m getting used to the changes in the body mechanics. People don’t understand that your body works ...
It's all been a little rough for me, and I'm definitely letting my team down in not getting enough pressure on the quarterback and things like that ... It's started a little rough for me, but I'm a fighter and I'll keep fighting.
