I think (getting fired) would be unfair to Rich Rodriguez, I do ... You knew when you hired him -- well you should have if you're Michigan -- that he's going to go radically the other way. He's not going to sort of extend what Michigan had been accustomed to. Let him have his time to put this in or it w...

If we're going to put it all together, let's do it this week. I don't think you can be a revisionist. It's been several years since we beat the Buckeyes.
Why has Rich Rodriguez not publicly distanced himself from Ed Martin?
Our players have selected four student-athletes who represent our program at the highest level both on and off the field ... Stevie, Brandon, Zoltan and Mark have played at a high level all season and received the greatest honor that a player can receive, selection as captain by your peers. They, and ou...
But you've heard the rumors and I'm not saying that you would entertain it. You know if something doesn't work out with Rich Rodriguez at Michigan, as an alum you're going to be called by them.
What the guys respect the position. A lot of the guys I played with, the guys I talked to, they played for Bo Schembechler, so they respect that position. So any man that has that position, we'll support the man in that position. That being said, I can only speak for Jamie Morris: I support that positio...
They really tune into those breaks at practice, especially when their teammates are talking ... They going to listen to what I got to say or any senior got to say because (Michigan coach Rich Rodriguez) always calls on the seniors to break down the huddle and someone’s always giving a speech.

I've had a lot of conversations with Rich Rodriguez down through the last 18, 20 months, and I told him from the beginning if he needed me for any reason, just call me
The first day I got the job, someone gave me a 'Beat Ohio State' button ... I still have it on my desk. If you follow college football, you understand the rivalry. Just because I did not coach here before and did not play here and am not from the state of Michigan does not mean I don't understand the ri...
Rich Rodriguez, I know, got a lot of flack last year

There is no question that Rich Rodriguez's offense, for example, would be more apt to suit Terrelle's skills ... But Ohio State sold him on the idea that they would prepare him for the NFL and that they don't run 'zone-read' in the NFL. Jim Tressel is a great coach. But I can tell you there is more to T...
We're not going to go there and just show up and hope it's close ... We're going there to compete and win and see what we can do. It's going to be a tremendous challenge. But it's been a tremendous challenge for anybody that's played Ohio State in the last several years. Our guys know that.
It was pretty close ... The thing that sold me (at Michigan) was coach Rod (Rich Rodriguez) and his staff.
These two years have been more challenging than you could have expected ... There have been more obstacles to overcome, but we still think we can overcome them. I think to the outsider, you're at Michigan and they don't think you should have that many challenges. But the reality is, you still have them,...
This has hurt me so deeply; I took time off to drive to Ann Arbor so I could stand in the back of Rich Rodriguez’s press conference. So I could listen and see the press, and the people that showed up and what they wanted to say. I wanted to see it with my own two eyes.
It’s not a game that's gonna be hard for either team to get fired up for. It’s Michigan and Ohio State
I'm not saying Michigan should fire Rich Rodriguez, but did you know he uses babies as fuel for his Hummer?
The University of Michigan is not used to this, but neither am I or my staff ... We're all kind of going through this process. We're not daunted by the challenge. It's just a bigger challenge than a lot of people think.
Embattled but unbowed, coach Rich Rodriguez took a giant step toward returning Michigan to prominence as the Wolverines behind a heroic performance from Forcier rallied to beat the Irish.
I know everybody, our fans I'm sure, want to see more wins ... So do I. Certainly the University of Michigan is not used to this, but neither am I or my staff. We're all kind of going through this process. ... It's not a fun process when you're going through this right now, I can assure you of that. We'...
Oh, sure ... I think our guys, not all of them but a lot of them, played against (Illinois) last year in the game that they went up and down the field on us pretty easy, and a lot of the same (Illinois) players.
You would think every Big Ten game, I guess every showcase game, if you want to call this a showcase game, you better have another level of intensity, preparation and focus
I csnt wait for college football to be over. F*CK YOU Rich Rodriguez. Still Go Blue
