England played well in patches there and we obviously outlasted them ... Ireland had a great Six Nations. They have a good style and have a lot of players playing well. I can only imagine they will be very difficult. They don't really look to have too many weaknesses. It is going to be a big match.
England played well in places but the Irish had a great Six Nations, play quite a good style and have more strike players
We were absolutely stinging for a win last week, and it didn't come for us. England are also in a similar situation where they want wins just as much as we do ... I certainly wouldn't like the idea of us losing on the weekend.
They definitely have a better chance playing that style. They've had really good success with a build-a-score style that revolves around the set piece so I think they'll be targeting us there ... Fair enough. If I'd been watching our last game [against the All Blacks in Tokyo] I'd be doing the same thin...
It's pretty big for us. We were absolutely stinging for a win last weekend (against New Zealand) and that didn't come
Thinking about England probably wouldn't be at the top of our list just because we've got our own issues to worry about
For us, this was the end of our domestic season and for a lot of reasons we had a score to settle there, but it didn't happen obviously. Fortunately for us, we've got England to think about and they'll be looking at us as the southern hemisphere team that they'll be most likely to beat.
This was the end of our domestic season and for a lot of reasons we had a score to settle there. But it didn't happen, obviously, and we look at England now and get into our tour
None of us were happy with our most recent performance ... This is the first Bledisloe Cup Test in Japan and our final opportunity against the All Blacks for the year, so it’s vital for us to produce a performance.
There are a number of things we should look at again heading into that (Tokyo) match to try and get the guys in the best frame of mind. Just watching that match itself would be enough to get you going.
The ability to keep at it, keep working and not have any lapses was a real positive out of that match ... There were a lot of good things that happened in Brisbane. We managed to get over the top of them as the game went on. That was a real positive but it's going to be a new challenge against New Zeala...
@NellPlant Just concentrate on Rocky Elsom. It gets me through the game.
