Perhaps at a team where the expectations are a bit more realistic, he’ll thrive. And — with all due respect to Trulli — I think his time thriving was over in F1. (Should he get some turn of the wheel at the Italian Grand Prix? Maybe.) But he sure would...

I heard so many things about how you don't win in F1 if you're not a bad guy. That if you are a nice guy you don't win it
One of the great heroes of Brazilian motorsport is Rubens Barrichello
It was a lap that I'm pretty sure was like a pole position lap on that car, so I'm pretty pleased.
There is a special atmosphere, even when your team-mate is Brazilian (Rubens Barrichello in 2009) and you are fighting for the world championship. I still love it there because they are so passionate, and there is so much history at that circuit. It's a pity that things do happen there when we leave the...
It was a great, great feeling
Pirelli has done a good job to help (racing)
Look I have my helmet for next year already painted. If I sign the contract, that's going to be my helmet for the first race'
I heard so many things about how you don't win in Formula One if you're not a bad guy. That if you are a nice guy you don't win it
I feel like I am at the peak of my performance, I get on with the team very much ... the only thing lacking now is a more competitive car which I am pretty sure Williams will have. I want to drive the car
They asked me 'Are you going to stay next year?'. I said Look I have my helmet for next year already painted. If I sign the contract, that's going to be my helmet for the first race'
I want to thank the team for all their hard work this year ... We have had a tough season but we've pushed together. There's been a lot of talk over the weekend, but I believe I will be back again next season.
I've had 19 lovely seasons. But I want to be back
I think it would be sad to be worried about the future ... I've been there for 19 seasons, I've been doing this for such a long time, I've been wanted for such a long time here, so I feel good.
I’ve been there for 19 seasons, I’ve been doing this for such a long time, I’ve been wanted for such a long time here, so I feel good. I feel that I still have a lot of youth on me, and it’s not something that I’m asking ‘please, give me the drive’. If somebody wants me to drive on a competitive basis i...
Pirelli has done a good job to help (racing) ... Together with the DRS and the KERS, I think the show has improved. Let's hope that's the way Formula One is going to be for the long term.
The problem this year was the leaving people until the others came in and that missing three to four months, that was no leadership at that time
It’s not a particularly long circuit ... but it’s an interesting one. Some of the track is very twisty, but you have a very long straight, so you need straight-line speed if you don’t want to go backwards in the race.
I have a tattoo on my arm with the initials of my children, F for Fernando and E for Eduardo
That was a worse situation
