Some games, yeah. Obviously, no one is perfect. I am far from it. I go on the ice expecting the best and I am going to expect the best tomorrow night.
But I don’t think tonight, pointing a finger at Ryan Kesler — the way the group played — is the right thing to do.
For me and our line it was a tough assignment, they've got a lot of speed
It's nice ... Obviously, I'm a firm believer in sticking with the game plan.
We usually have the killer instinct on our team but tonight it wasn't there
It’s really special for us to be involved and help out BC communities that are so supportive of what our significant others do ... Canucks fans are very generous and always supportive of this event.
That's them ... You know, they can say whatever they want. I don't understand. We play the game hard and we play it tough. We play their skilled players tough and most don't like it. We're going to stay classy and we're going to play our game and that's a fast-paced game and if we do that, I like our ou...
We're pretty good when we're playing like that and the defence is moving the puck and the forwards are skating like that ... Just keep playing the same way and I think we've found the recipe for success.
We were pretty sound defensively tonight
He never really lays down the hammer ... We don’t really need anybody coming in here and telling us what to do. We hold each other accountable and that’s what it’s all about. He allows us to figure it out on our own and was really good at it last year. That’s why we were so successful.
I’m not frustrated at all ... The puck’s not going in but at the same time I’m helping the team win. To me it doesn’t matter who scores. We won tonight and I’m happy about it. We’re not going to win every game 6-0, we’re not going to be happy with the way we play every night. The important thing is to g...
Over the past three games my game keeps getting better and that's a positive sign ... It's a process and we're trying to string some games together.
It has taken longer than I thought to feel good
There are good days and bad days, but overall, I think I've been pretty positive
