I rate Sacha Baron Cohen massively ... He understands that the joke is king. He does whatever it takes to do funny, even if that means wrestling another man's balls with your face. But then I also rate Will Ferrell off the charts. Step Brothers is fantastic. And Tropic Thunder is great too - it just doesn't have as many jokes in it as Step Brothers. For me it's all about jokes per minute, or JPM. 
I would imagine it's a bit of a grudge match for Kazakhstan, given the fallout from [Borat's] Sacha Baron Cohen. We'll no doubt beat Kazakstan, win a few more, and then get our hearts broken.
It remains unclear whether Cohen (or one of his accomplices) snuck a video camera onto the Medium set to capture all of the tomfoolery, or whether he’s relying on the show’s producer, Paramount, to voluntarily hand over the unused footage. (The scene ended up being re-shot.)
No one had a clue it was Sacha playing Bruno ... It’s amazing he was able to infiltrate the set and pull this off.
