Right now, the most important thing is to stop acting by means of ultimatums and try to move toward political dialogue
Armed people are treating civilians very severely ... But recently, more and more often, this concerns not so much the actions of the authorities, but of the armed groups that provoke disorder.
The unrest is not so much related to the authorities but armed groups, who are provoking the unrest
The Syrian problem requires the same approach, as ultimatums, which some states try to use, including members of the Arab League, cannot resolve this problem
In reality, that embargo was only enforced against the Libyan army. The opposition got arms from countries such as France and Qatar
Probably, some people in the West consider this a negative tendency... And, maybe, the present events in the Middle East are an attempt to compensate for the loss of influence in the global economy by reckless and provocative actions
