The government of India does not view China or China's development as a threat of any kind. We always tried to develop a friendly and cooperative relationship with China which is our largest neighbour and with which we cannot afford to have relationship of antagonism.

Shashi Tharoor has been let off, he has been pardoned. But the political probation of Shashi Tharoor has been a complete fiasco. Even somebody in the private sector would have been sacked for such demeanours....But for the Congress it does not matter how the common people feel
