I think Hockey Canada's done a great job. They had the orientation camp (in August), they've let everyone know what's to be expected of the guys who make the team ... I think they've covered everything and it's up to the decision-making process to decide what's going to happen.
We both got pretty good deals, but obviously nothing like (Penguins superstar centers Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin).
We just talked about him coming here, how long he is here in Pittsburgh and where he spends his time
Alex Ovechkin and Sidney Crosby are talented, but I think every team would love to have a Richards
He's a great player ... Just because he has not won a Stanley Cup doesn't mean anything.
Unless you're talking about the best of the best like Sidney Crosby, Alex Ovechkin or Evgeni Malkin, it's hard to find too many successful players in the NHL that didn't play in the AHL.
I have used the Dream Capsule during the 2009 Stanley Cup playoffs and my dream of winning the Stanley Cup came true ... When it comes to dreaming big or setting goals, the Dream Capsule is a constant reminder of what you are trying to accomplish.
Most of my goals are kind of from craftiness around the net, finding pucks ... A lot of people say it's just net crashing, but I think it's a skill, an ability. Sidney Crosby scores his goals around the net. You need feistiness but also need to be able to read a play. Guys position themselves well to ge...
That's something that doesn't happen very often ... It's a great thing when it does, but I don't think it takes that in order to be recognized for how Pittsburgh is.
Anytime you have Sidney Crosby as your centerman, it doesn’t matter what linemates he has with him
There're tons of kids that play baseball and tons of kids that don't play Major League Baseball or don't play in the National Hockey League, but there's a lot of lessons you can take through playing spots in general ... I think he taught a lot of us those lessons, whether it be hard work or being accoun...
We introduced our 11-year-old grandson to hockey on an earlier visit, and now he's a big fan of Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin
I've always looked up and wanted to put the Stanley Cup banner up there ... To be able to put the banner up in the last possible year we could have seen it go up here, it's pretty great.
Which Penguin is the best hockey player, Evgeni Malkin or Sidney Crosby?
You don't think about all those things that go along with it; you just think about winning it ... It's not just the Stanley Cup that's special, but all these things that come along with it are just added bonuses.
I only know Chris Mason's character from his reputation, but I can say clearly state that without the performance of Evgeni Malkin stepping up after Sidney Crosby got hurt and Ty Conklin filling in for Marc-Andre Fleury we would never had made it to the Final that year. Ty was that good for us
It's our mindset. We try to go after teams, and I think it's no fluke that a lot of teams in the league are playing that way now ... Before, Detroit was kind of the team that set that example.
On that note, please Tivo the NHL Network's Summer with Sid which chronicles Sidney Crosby's time with the Stanley Cup.
The mood was a lot better ... It was a pretty tough summer sitting on a loss in the finals and not knowing when I was going to get the chance to get back there or if it would ever happen. Can star center Sidney Crosby lead his Pittsburgh Penguins to another Stanley Cup title? I am really happy we were a...
He's not just a good player, but a very exciting player to watch ... At our home games, there's been an electricity in our arena we haven't seen since Sidney Crosby used to come in with Rimouski.

I think whenever you see the young stars play against one another it certainly adds an element to the game whether it's Kovalchuk in Atlanta or Sidney Crosby or Evgeni Malkin coming in with Pittsburgh ... It's always fun to see the superstars because they contribute so much to their teams.
They can watch Sidney Crosby, then watch us afterwards -- hopefully, beating Shady Side Academy
