Sidney Crosby bowls a strike in local bowling alley on his off day
It's a tough injury ... It's not always clear-cut all of the time. Now I feel like I know a lot more about what I'm feeling and how to improve it. I think being more familiar helps a bit.
Sidney Crosby, because he is today’s hockey role model for skill and professionalism. If he got behind Minor Hockey Fights Cancer, then I know other kids would want to get involved.
The motion stuff is still a little bit iffy ... I want to make sure I give it a fair shot, but at the same time I know it's something I can improve.
There's a big difference now, and I think it's been brought to the forefront with a guy like Sidney Crosby getting hurt and being out the amount of time that he was. It was something that probably we didn't even think it was that big of a deal at the time, and if it was 15 years ago, he would have been ...
The motion stuff has kind of been the issue, both the time before and now going through it for a bit now ... The good thing is that I have a pretty good handle on it, and I'm always able to (treat) that. That was a big help in August when I went to Atlanta (to see Carrick). So I know I can handle that i...
Best Pun Headline about a Pittsburgh Penguins player that isn't Sidney Crosby...
They can only do so much at the end of the day it's up to us as players ... It's a quick game. Things can happen ... they have done a lot of good things to prevent it from happening.
Let Sidney Crosby do his thing, and we'll do ours.
It's not like they're going to be a completely different team ... The same things add up to success, no matter what the style is.
We're talking about a player that bumped into our goalie three times ... With the score 5-1 and intentionally going into our goalie, he can expect more than Sidney Crosby coming at him and talking to him during the game. That's how we feel about those situations. He was in our net falling over our goali...
I haven't thought about (the Winter Classic) at all
It's evidenced throughout the year playing against Evgeni Malkin, and now playing against Sidney Crosby. Our good players go into those areas, they play hard in front of the net, they play hard in the corners, and that's we expect. We expect that kind of play from other teams.
I mean, I watch the highlights every morning, and they say (Ovechkin's struggling) ... By his standards, maybe, struggling. But a point a game or a goal every two games is probably not struggling by most people's standards. ... 'Struggling' can be pretty broad sometimes.
Had to drop myself in fantasy hockey today. Welcome back Sidney Crosby.
We tried to battle back, but it was a little too late ... They're a good team. It's what we expected.
He’s a good player but tomorrow we have to play the best player in the world (Sidney Crosby)
I feel as good as I can for missing this amount of time, but there are still a lot of areas to improve on
Sidney Crosby has put on a hockey clinic. 4 points in one game!
I didn't feel like they had a lot of zone time or anything like that, they just got a few chances off the rush and power-play goals ... We made some mistakes and gave them momentum.
Rimouski had Sidney Crosby and Marc-André Pouliot, and we had Philippe Dupuis and Brent Aubin [in 2004-05] ... Philippe was a brilliant scorer. He scored many clutch goals for — and against — us during those years.
They capitalized on some mistakes on our part
It was the kind of hit that happens 10 times a game. As soon as I got to the bench, I thought ‘Oh my God, I’m basically Sidney Crosby,’
We were getting close. It’s tough
