Paul needs to get out and play some games
Alex kept us in the game and he`s a very good goalkeeper. He`s got a presence about him and you can see why Reading and England rate him. He`s going to be a top keeper in the future and we`re lucky to have him while Andy Lonergan`s injured.
He didn`t really fancy playing against Leicester but I told him 'I want you to play and I`ll back you publicly and privately.` I heaped enough praise on him after the game and so did the other players.
Andy O’Brien came to me on Friday and said that he no longer wanted to play for this football club
