The one thing our guys have had all year is pretty good resolve ... We’ve stayed in the game, and I thought we did a great job the last six minutes to win it.
It's not like our guys are getting younger; I'm just saying
We practiced it for about 15-20 minutes in our last three practices, because I want us to get used to playing against it ... We’re going to see zone defenses this season. So we better know how to play against it. But that’s just the way it worked out today. If Mike (D’Antoni) has his team practice again...
We wanted to give him another look
It certainly can be a distraction to guys, and it's something that we will have to deal with
We expect him to be great, and I would expect that he'll be even better than he was a year ago, and he'll go out and play basketball and play it hard every day
You're going to have to be pretty flexible and you're going to have to read what goes on and see how guys are from day to day and adjust from there
We've always looked at it as a two-month process: a month to get ready for training camp and a month for training camp ... And now it's a 21/2-week process. So there's no way you can do things the same way.
We’ll occasionally get guys you know who didn’t get drafted, went to Europe or played somewhere else and come back
Once a team gives you a look, they don’t care where you’re from.
I think it’s harder, I mean, for the DII guys ... You’re going to have to pop-up as a guy who’s got a chance first, then people come in and look.
