I've watched the game and I think Newcastle opened them up a lot and they made a few defensive errors, which Sydney haven't done so much this season and the strikers capitalised on it
One of our highlights of the season so far was our first win down there (in Sydney)
It could potentially establish in Brisbane and Sydney and maybe even Melbourne ... This mosquito has a reputation for invasion of new areas. ``It's all through the southern quarter of the US, it's throughout most of south America, it's gotten into southern Europe, so we are sort of the last guy standing...
Absolutely (South Africa is ready), you see the stadiums, you see the infrastructure in the city, I think Cape Town, together with Sydney, are two of the most beautiful cities in the world
I think I'd be nervous with a draw like Pete from Sydney is hoping for (South Africa, Algeria and Switzerland). It would mean the Socceroos would probably be favourites to go through and that's not something we're used to. I'm not suggesting we hope for Brazil, Nigeria & France but we do seem to perform...
The sessions that Jonesy (assistant coach Mark Jones) and Branko (Culina) put on before the Sydney game it was a nice refreshing change. We had some five-a-side competitions and things like and it really got the boys spirits up
I think it is first time Adelaide has been bottom of the league since the competition started so their confidence is going to be rocked. We are coming off a great win against Sydney so we will be going there in good spirits
But it has that potential to spread further south and so could take some areas of Australia like Brisbane and Sydney and if it became established there, have some risk of dengue transmission.
We needed an event [in Sydney] that gives V8 Supercars the attention it deserves
Sydney West has been a basket case for a very long time. I have more doctors and nurses complaining about those hospitals than any other, maybe with the exception of the Central Coast ... They've had to put nurses off … there are not enough beds in the wards.
We expect Sydney to achieve a similar high-quality outcome to other modern global metros, which are widely recognised for their success in integrating with the urban landscape, including heritage areas
In the Sydney Test up against South Africa we both enjoyed the contest and we did get each other going a little bit. He loves charging in there and bowling fast and bowling well
I don't know what to say but to everyone in Sydney who came to watch this fight and everyone watching around Australia, this wouldn't have been a third as exciting without your support. This one is for you - it's Australia's victory.
John Lent, author of The First One Hundred Years of Philippine Komiks and Cartoons, expatriate Filipino cartoonists Edd Aragon and Dengcoy Miel, who have brought honor to our country with their works for the Sydney Morning Herald and Singapore Straits Times, respectively, were the guests of honor at the...

Sadly, that newspaper and the three others I worked on, the Christchurch Star, Waikato Times and Sydney Sun, have all closed down. Obviously, I haven't.
It has been a great collaborative process working directly with Professor David Rayson and his Department developing a building where it is possible to move freely from space to space; see paintings, drawings and art objects being worked on, and experience the sights, smells and sounds of a dynamic work...
I think we do. That Sydney Test against South Africa we both sort of enjoyed the contest and I think we did get each other going a little bit and he loves charging in there and bowling fast and bowling well

Earlier in the month, when Priyanka learnt that she had to go to Bangkok for the Anjaana Anjaani shoot with Ranbir Kapoor, her secretary tried his best to get dates from Pompy, but they did not match. The make-up magician was committed to accompany Kareena to Sydney, Australia, where she was to shoot wi...
My first Test, especially in Sydney, was the best part of my life, but they are all exciting especially when you play for Australia. I will be more relaxed now I have played a few one-dayers. I know what to expect now and I'll just go out there and enjoy it.
It is the best news we could have got really ... We would have been absolutely devastated if the No. 1 in the world and our No. 1 seed was not able to come. She really endeared herself to the Sydney crowds.
It is something I have been working on for a very long time. I was able to convince Sinatra to come back to Australia in 1988 for a gig after he said he would never come back following his horror tour of 1974, but for eight years I couldn't get Sydney this damn race.
It is with a very heavy heart that we have withdrawn our entry from the Rolex Sydney Hobart
