It (2007) is a brilliant vintage across the board for all varietals ... including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, the Bordeaux varietals, Syrah, and the much maligned Zinfandel, which has finally enjoyed a top vintage after a succession of mediocre years.

Open, generous style has a layer of floral flavors around the generous plum and berry fruit, all mingling nicely with toasty notes on the round finish. Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Drink now through 2005.
