it’s an honorable place to work ... And the KGB, I think was an honorable place to work. It gave people in the former Soviet Union, a communist country, an opportunity to do something important and worthwhile.
I'm the last of the original anchors here on CNN and I'm proud to have had the privilege to helping to build the world's first news network ... I will be eternally grateful to CNN, to Ted Turner, and to all of my colleagues and friends, and of course to you at home.
If I had the money, I'd think seriously about getting control of Time Warner and getting CNN to focus on serious journalism
