We have fast bowlers like Dammika Prasad and Thilan Thushara who are bowling at the speed of 145-plus kph ... Then we have Nuwan Kulasekara at 130 and Chanaka Welegedara who can hit 140 as well. Speed does not really matter unless it is accompanied with accuracy.
