When you lay out the history of cable, almost every cable company has either been integrated with a broad-based media player or owned by a family with high-vote/ low-vote shares ... We are going to be absolutely pure in every way — we’re essentially cable-only, we will have one class of stock, we will have no significant owners, certainly no family owners, and no management owners. I think that is a pretty attractive proposition for investors who really want to play in cable and want to play in a well managed cable company.
