We never look at the individual. We all try and do our job
It's going to start with another great week of preparation and practice. I think that is where it started for us ... We prepared well and were very confident going into (Saturday's) game. I understand that we can play this game how we want to play this game. Everything worked out for us. Hopefully it wo...
We were looking for this all year, and what a great time to put it together ... You cannot ask for a better performance.
We don’t want to be good; we want to be great, especially at this time (of the year)
I think it was the best performance as a (defensive) unit and a team for playing 60 minutes and not playing three quarters or 58 minutes ... Sixty minutes of good football all the way around. That’s what you look for, especially at this time of year; to go out as a team and play off one another.
The main thing is guys believe
We went out and played very hard and good things happened ... A great team win.
This is the National Football League and we know any given Sunday, a team is going to try their best, especially against us, to try to wear us out and beat us up to prove a point
You've got guys coming from everywhere ... The more you play, the more familiar you can get with your teammates. We kind of know what we have.
Each individual has taken it upon himself to get better in that category ... We know how much communication we have to do. It's challenging at times. But guys step up. They take the extra time to get stuff, like coming in on a day off.
When you can line up and you have a team doing one thing or another, either running ball or throwing the ball, it always works in your favor
If you prepare well, good things happen
He worked himself from the bottom all the way up, and he steadily climbed
I’ve seen that guy go from a practice squad guy to a nickel back guy to a starting corner and now he leads the league in interceptions ... I’m not surprised. I’m pretty sure he’s not surprised, because I’m not surprised, and my teammates aren’t surprised, because we put so much into this game.
We have the possibility of being a pretty good defense as long as we play well and get better each week
It’s a step in the right direction
We are going to take it one game at a time, but I think we have the possibility of being a pretty good defense as long as we play well and get better each week
When you rush, you rush with a plan
We’re getting there, each week we’re getting better and better ... That’s a goal. We have to keep moving forward.
Communication is a big, big key when they go no-huddle. That's something we practice with our offense all the time because that's what they do
All our focus is on Kansas City ... We’re moving in the right direction. Whatever we have to do to get a ‘W’, no matter how much time it takes us (to prepare in practice). It (doing their job) is not a hard sell.
