People come by and say they didn’t know this was here ... Just like the Waste Management people, who are interested in history and had no idea that less than a mile from their office we have this place in an area surrounded by warehouses.

We are trying to buy companies that provide essential products -- Walgreen and drugs, Intuit and tax software, Waste Management and landfill and collection. They have critical products and services, loyal customers, steady business, and lots of cash flow.
I'm not really against Waste Management ... I don't really have a problem with them. If he works there, it's fine with me.
What (Waste Management) is doing without warning or a grace period is, unless you give them your credit card, you will have to give them $3 more ... It seems they can do whatever they want. It's only $3, but with everything else, it's getting ridiculous.

I felt that the bids should not have been handled by the authority or Waste Management. I felt that it's the authority's responsibility to supply the most accurate information possible to the bidders
