Knowing Max, he's going to be loud and right there in front of the cameras
Growing up he was more of a playmaker ... He always had more assists than goals. For some reason this year he’s finding the back of the net and I don’t think he minds that.
I think we finished pretty much the whole turkey. It wasn’t that big, but we ate a lot
Yeah, the turkey was pretty good ... Hopefully I’ll be able to keep going tonight. He eats a lot more than me, but he’s a lot skinnier. I don’t know how that works.
It’s a big challenge to face him because he’s a good player and I’m a defensive player, so I have to stop him
It’s always a special game for both of us ... It’s especially nice to see him after a long time and spend some time with him before the game.
If it wasn't for [Fleury], we probably wouldn't have even gotten to overtime
It wasn't our best, for sure ... They played hard, and we looked like we were losing one-on-one battles. They were outskating us. Our passing wasn't the best.
He had a great start and is playing well
I told him, don’t feel bad ... He played a great game. If it wasn’t for him, we wouldn’t even have gotten to overtime. He’s been playing great for us all season long and tonight wasn’t any different.
For me personally, it was a big accomplishment ... Right now, I’m proud of it for where I’ve gotten to.
He's going to get even better ... That's the scary thing.
Ha. I don't mind that, you know? ... Going under the radar, it's not a bad thing. Let him have all the attention. I'm just glad to be here.
First of all, I'm really happy for Sid
It's been a long time. A lot of pressure on him. Good to have him back. Obviously it's a big game for all of us. We are all happy for him. He is the leader of our team. To be part of his [comeback] game means a lot.
